This policy explains how Rachael Anne Berry, trading as Rachael Berry (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects your information when you use this website or buy from us. Rachael Berry is a sole trader operated by Rachael Anne Berry, and messages you receive may be identified by either name.

What we collect

• What you give us - your name, email address and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile number.
• Purchase information - what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach us.
• Usage information - pages visited and whether emails were opened, so we know what is useful.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for and to support you afterwards
• To reply to you by email, phone or text using the details you gave us
• To send marketing messages, only where you ticked the box asking for them
• To meet our legal and tax obligations

Text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and tick a consent box, we may send you text messages of the type you agreed to. Service messages and marketing messages are separate consents. Opting out of one does not opt you out of the other, and you can stop either at any time.

You must be 18 or older to sign up for text messages from us. By providing your mobile number and ticking a consent box, you confirm you are at least 18 and that the number is your own or that you are authorised to give consent for it.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and are never sold. They are used only to send you the messages you asked for.

Who we share information with

Only the services that make this work: our email and messaging platform, our payment processor, and our hosting provider. They may use your information solely to provide their service to us. Beyond that we share information only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer or subscriber, and afterwards only as long as we must for tax and legal records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from email using the link in any email
• Stop texts by replying STOP, or by telling us
• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
